Forest Lane Therapy was established to create a space where clients and therapists can thrive. We aim to encourage wellness for everyone who walks through our doors by emphasizing support, empowerment and growth.
Forest Lane is an inclusive space that welcomes everyone from any background and experiences. We support individuals, couples, families and groups. Our team is diverse in their therapeutic experience and specialties. Learn more at Our Team.
The work we do to create change in our life often isn’t easy. We are intentionally creating a space that helps clients feel comfortable to do uncomfortable work. Whether that be through sitting in a cozy seat, sipping a seasonal tea, or reflecting in the natural light of the space.
Forest Lane is located in a historic building in Winnipeg. We are on the second floor, which is accessible by stairs only. There is a code to enter the front door that your therapist will provide before your session. If you have any concerns or questions about the building, please contact your therapist directly.
Forest Lane Therapy acknowledge we are operating on Treaty 1 Territory and that Manitoba is located on the Treaty Territories and ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Anishininewuk, Dakota Oyate, Denesuline and Nehethowuk Nations. We acknowledge Manitoba is located on the Homeland of the Red River Métis.
